All services are performed at the customer’s location unless otherwise agreed.

2. Booking & Appointments

Customers must provide accurate information regarding the vehicle, location, and service needs.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing for services is listed on our website or quoted directly to the customer.
Prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or additional services required.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide a safe location for our team to perform mobile services
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service. If requested prior to service beginning.
Disclose any known issues with the vehicle (electrical issues, leaks, damage, etc.)
Ensure access to water or electricity if certain services require it (only if your business requires—let me know if not)

Detail Dynamics is not responsible for items left inside vehicles.

6. Service Limitations

Detail Dynamics will make every reasonable effort to achieve high-quality results; however:

Some stains, odors, or damages may not be fully removable
Excessively dirty vehicles may require additional time or charges
Results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and prior maintenance

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law:

Detail Dynamics is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, faulty parts, or electrical failures that occur during or after service.
We are not responsible for damage caused by rust, worn materials, or manufacturer defects discovered during cleaning.
Customers accept responsibility for informing us of any sensitive areas, loose components, or aftermarket modifications.

If accidental damage caused directly by Detail Dynamics occurs, we will work with the customer toward a reasonable resolution.
